Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping Policy:

• Usually, we ship orders within 24 - 48 hours from the time order was placed, except Saturday, Sunday & Public Holiday. In situation (which rarely happens) where preparation of item/stock availability takes time beyond 48 hours, will be intimated to the customer. Once the order is shipped, we inform customer with the tracking details.

• We shall send you an email containing tracking details when we dispatch your order. In this email, you will see a link to track your order via our courier partner’s website. You can then track your order in real time.

• It is our sincere endeavor to process and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible.

• For all orders we normally charge a flat shipping rate for all delivery locations within India. However, customers also have the option of choosing Bluedart, FedEx as their delivery agent in which case delivery charges may be higher based on weight of the shipment and the delivery location.

• For deliveries in INDIA: order is normally dispatched on the same day or on the subsequent working day, and normally delivered to you within 7 working days. In rare cases where an order has taken longer to deliver, we request you to check the order tracking details sent to you by email or get in touch with us at contact@shivanjali.org

• For deliveries in the rest of the world: At this moment, we don’t accept orders for delivery outside INDIA.

• Shivanjali Gaushala reserves the right to refuse confirmed orders that are approved by the customer but where payment status is still pending.

• Delivery will be made at the address specified by you while placing the order. For multiple delivery destinations, you will need to submit separate orders for each delivery destination.

• If you are not personally available to accept delivery, you may appoint a representative to do so in your place.

• While affecting delivery, the delivery agent may require you or your nominated representative to produce a proof of identity, such as a valid Aadhar Card, Passport, Driving License, Election Card or PAN Card.

• You or your nominated representative may be required to sign a delivery manifest to confirm that the delivery has taken place. If you refuse to sign the delivery document, this will be taken as a refusal to accept the delivery.

• You agree to give us as much detail as possible about particular features of the Delivery Address to ensure smooth and timely delivery.

• Eligible shipping speeds and their charges are displayed based on the item(s) in your cart and the delivery address.

Post-Dispatch, deliveries are done across India within 4- 8 Working Days & please note deliveries are always subject to unforeseen circumstances like traffic, weather conditions and something out of human control! We shall keep you posted during such events.

Tracking Your Order:

Return & Refund Policy:

• Products are returnable within the Terms & Condition if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts, is defective or different from their description on the product detail page on www.shivanjali.org

• Return will be processed only if: - it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession; the product is not different from what was shipped to you; the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact).

• Final Decisions relating to General Return & Refunds are at the sole discretion of the management of www.shivanjali.org

• We can only offer returns if a package was damaged during the shipping process or if the products are spoiled. In this case, please provide clear photos at contact@shivanjali.org or WhatsApp us at 9322285142 within 24 hours of delivery of the product.

• In case of complaints regarding products let us know & we’ll help you regarding the same.We assure you the authenticity and quality of our Products listed on www.shivanjali.org.
